We know that screaming and thrashing about while  injured can get you Tazed, and we know that  if you're at a public, university forum,insisting your question gets answered by politicans who are in fact willing to answer the question might get you a few volts too. Well, apparently, if you're on the throne and things aren't coming out in a smooth or timely manner, the police might have to rectify that  too. Do you still think Tazers should be standard issue?
