The NYPD charm offensive continues. One shouldn't criticize them though, apparently, as it puts officers in danger. Their actual behavior is beyond reproach. Thanks to toxic cops for the upload.

"Forceful Arrest"
With all the police fatalities receiving so much attention right now, it's important to remember the more mundane, possibly everyday police beatings that occur at the hands of disgruntled officers. Had this beating not been recorded, nothing would have happened.
