Confiscation and theft look the same from here. The worst of the NYPD continue to hound unlucky citizens who catch them on their many bad days. NYC RESISTANCE has views I don't always agree with, but his footage offer the best testimony of what life is like for some of those being protected and served the NYPD.
The problem is institutional, not individual. Do not grant cops your unwavering trust.

Is confiscation another word for theft? The two don't seem very different in this video.
Dog Blames Man
A police officer either deliberately or unintentionally loses control of a police dog and blames the resulting bite on the victim because the victim was "moving." It doesn't appear that the victim was moving, but developing such a narrative is convenient for an unprofessional police officer.
