Strikebreakers

The Michigan State Police, by some accounts, was formed to put down popular uprisings, strikes and so on. Troopers just following orders pepper sprayed overwhelmingly non-violent protesters at the Michigan's state capitol. This is the second act of obvious aggession from troopers towards union activists in as many weeks.

A Highly Decorated Menace

A highly decorated member of the police department's SWAT team snapped and put a man in the hospital. Police officers don't become violent thugs because they're evil. They become evil because they burn out and are protected from being accountable for their actions by fellow officers.

Probably Not a Move Found in Any Police Training Manuals

A Philadelphia police officer in a supervisory role walks up behind a small woman and sucker punches her, leaving her bruised and bloody.

The Joys of Stop and Frisk

The next time you hear the NYPD complaining about a lack of neighborhood cooperation from neighborhood witnesses or see images of a Harlem or Bronx riot, remember this.

Denver Police Department at Its Finest

So many police reports seem to be contradicted by cell phone, surveillance, or hand held video. This is a great example.

Cop Threatens to Make Up Phony Charges against Motorist

This amateur filmmaker, if we can call him that, has the goods on a tyrant in a police officer's uniform. The camera records a police officer threatening to charge the motorist with phony crimes. The officer is clearly, dangerously burned out. This video is a few years old, but something tells me more than a few people have stories like this; they just didn't have the camera needed to tell the story later.

Murderers, Rapists, and Those Whose Record The Police.

A friend forwarded this to me. It's a reminder that many cops are absolutely hostile to cameras and exposure. Apparently, all charges were dropped against the man who dared record the police.

Not Murder, Just Attempted Murder

I mistakenly wrote a post in which I described the video in question as of one many police murder videos found on YouTube. I was wrong. This isn't one of those many videos, but is instead a video of a cop shooting, paralyzing, and then refusing to apologize to a blameless motorcyclist.

Junkie Cop Stealing and Selling Guns

Yet another instance of criminal behavior on the part of the New York Police Department.

Cop Murders Biker

There are any number of of videos on Youtube that provide almost incontrovertable proof of murder committed by uniformed American police officers. Here is one of them.

Get Off That Bike!

Yet another burned out, dangerous cop overreacting and punching someone. Once more, he twists a suspect up in a painful position while other officers tell her to stop moving.

Boss Hog, West Coast

Public servants in general are underpaid, even police officers all things considered. On the other hand, police culture, which nurtures secretiveness and doubletalk is still a breeding ground for old fashioned corruption. This crook cop earned nearly half a million one year.

Boss Hogg and The Drug Ring

Swimming in blood, you wouldn't believe me. The problem is institutional, not a few bad apples. This is ironclad proof.

Crackhead Cop

Carrying a badge, gun, and eightball. Yes, apparently the police ignored one of their own smoking crack while on duty. Make your own joke here.
