Handcuffed Suspect Gets Beaten

   Officers who are either sadists or have snapped torture a suspect. I am aware that the suspect may be a horrible human being- I don't know. It doesn't matter. The public isn't well served by police officers who behave this way.

Cops Kill Another Homeless Man

The blogger NYC Resistance wrote "When the police can't find black men or boys to kill, then a homeless Caucasian will do." I think he hit the nail on the head.

Police departments attract some public servant minded people, and they also attract a fair amount of control freaks and psychos. The public deserves far more input in how police officers are selected, and the screening process clearly sucks.
