The brutality speaks of incompetence and brute force, but the crimes continue in mendacious police reports. The officer had the nerve to say there were no injuries after this altercation.

Choked to Death
Poor training, brutality... it really doesn't make a difference in the long run. Whatever the circumstances, this seems to happen a lot in New York City. There are police departments and parts of the world where such deaths don't happen as frequently. Thanks to Never Get Busted Again for the footage.
