Many people aren't certain that this is police brutality, but to me it seems clear that the officer puts this woman in a chokehold for not doing what whatever it is he wants. Was action warranted? Probably, but I'm not a big fan of police chokeholds-it's kind of hard not to resist them..

South Dakota (Some Debate)
Many people aren't certain that this is police brutality, but to me it seems clear that the officer puts this woman in a chokehold for not doing what whatever it is he wants. Was action warranted? Probably, but I'm not a big fan of police chokeholds-it's kind of hard not to resist them..
