Another police officer decides to shoot someone who he viewed as a potential threat. I would say this case may not be as open and shut as it looks, but then the police department itself has charged its officer with a felony, and police departments are loathe to charge their own officers with crimes. A scared, negrophobic woman, adrenaline junkie cop, and another dead black man.
