It's very rare that a police officer arrests another police officer. In this case, a bitchy female officer rubs an officer in another jurisdiction the wrong way, resulting in her arrest. She is in a state of disbelief that her speeding, getting out of her vehicle and refusing to get out of her car when ordered gets her arrested. Later on, she even accuses the arresting officer of being unreasonable, pointing out that she lets cops get away with speeding infractions and violations including undercover officers driving 100 mph.
