"What country is this?" screams the man subjected to an illegal blood withdrawal from dutiful police. It would be too easy and somewhat inaccurate to say the man resides in a nation that closely resembles Oceania from the novel 1984, but there are seeds of dystopia in the actions of government officials who forcibly withdraw peoples' blood on the suspicion of intoxication.
