Officer of The Year

Police officers are very good at creating narratives that make their actions seem entirely justifiable and reasonable.  Most people make hand motions, but in police reports hand motions turn into physical threats, people who've gone out to lunch have clearly been drinking, and shoving someone is "moving him away from the situation." There is increasingly less reason to take a law enforcement officer at his word.
