Normally, I post cut and dry news reports of police brutality or misconduct. I like for the footage or other media to speak for itself. In this case, I think the "Huffington Post" did a good job of documenting the culture of American police departments. Throughout the nation, police officers show themselves to be thoroughly burned out and thuggish in dealing with the populations they harass.
